SUMMARY

AiCreator does not collect, store, or sell your personal data directly. The topics you type are sent to Groq's AI API to generate text content, and to Cloudflare's AI API to generate images — we never see or store either ourselves. Your generated content history stays on your device only. AiCreator shows ads through Google AdMob to keep the app free; AdMob may collect limited technical data (such as your advertising ID) to serve and measure ads. Details below.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

AiCreator is designed with privacy by default. We ourselves collect the absolute minimum to provide the service — but because the app is ad-supported and uses third-party AI providers, those partners independently collect some data as described in Section 3.

Data We (AiCreator) DO NOT Collect:

- Your name, email address, or any identity information

- Location data

- Camera or microphone data

- Contacts or files

- Crash logs or diagnostic data

Data We (AiCreator) Handle Directly:

- Content topics you type: Transmitted over HTTPS to Groq API (text) or Cloudflare's AI API (images) only to generate results. Not stored by us.

- Generated content history: Stored locally on your device only (Android SharedPreferences) — this applies to text content only; see below for images.

- Generated images: Held only in the app's temporary memory during your session. Not stored by us, and not automatically saved anywhere. An image is only written to your device if you explicitly tap "Save" (to your photo gallery) or "Share."

- Daily image generation count: A simple counter and date (e.g. "3 images, August 11") is stored locally on your device to apply the daily free-image limit. This contains no prompt text, no image data, and no identifying information.

- Saved/favourite results: Stored locally on your device only.

- App preferences: Stored locally on your device only.

Data Our Third-Party Partners Collect:

- Google AdMob collects device identifiers (such as your Advertising ID), IP address, general device information, and app interaction data (e.g. ad impressions, clicks) to serve and measure ads.

- Cloudflare, as the processor of your image-generation prompts, receives your prompt text and, as with any internet request, sees your IP address as part of standard network communication.

The Android permissions AiCreator requests are INTERNET (required to communicate with the AI generation APIs and to serve ads) and, on Android 10 and below, a storage permission used only when you choose to save a generated image to your gallery.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

--------------------------

The content topic you type into the app is used solely to generate AI content on your behalf.

- Your topic text is sent over HTTPS to the Groq AI API to generate hooks, captions, hashtags, titles, reel ideas, or descriptions.

- When you use the AI Image Generator, your topic, selected format, and tone are combined into a prompt and sent over HTTPS to Cloudflare's AI API to generate an image.

- The generated result is returned to your device and optionally saved in local storage (text) or your photo gallery (images) — always at your explicit choice.

- We do not analyse, profile, log, or retain your inputs for any purpose.

- We do not use your topic inputs for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose.

- We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your topic inputs with any third party except the AI processing services described in Section 3.

- Separately, Google AdMob uses its own collected data (see Section 3) to select and measure the ads shown in the app. We do not control or see the specifics of how AdMob personalises ads.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

AiCreator uses the following third-party services:

Groq, Inc. (AI text generation)

- Purpose: Processes your content topic to generate AI text results (hooks, captions, hashtags, titles, reel ideas, descriptions).

- Data sent: Only the text topic you enter (e.g. "cooking tips"). No name, no account, no device ID is ever sent. Requests are anonymous.

- Groq's Privacy Policy: https://groq.com/privacy

Cloudflare, Inc. (AI image generation)

- Purpose: Processes your text prompt (built from the topic, platform format, and tone you select) to generate an AI image.

- Data sent: Only the generated prompt text. No account, device ID, or personal identifier is deliberately included. As with any internet request, your IP address is visible to Cloudflare as part of standard network communication.

- Data retention: We do not store your prompts or generated images. Cloudflare's own data handling is governed by their privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

Google AdMob (advertising)

- Purpose: Displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads within the app to support free access.

- Data collected: Advertising ID, IP address, device/OS information, general app usage and ad-interaction data (impressions, clicks, ad requests). AdMob may use this data to show more relevant ads and measure ad performance.

- Personalised ads: Depending on your region and settings, you may see personalised or non-personalised ads. You can control ad personalisation through your device's ad settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).

- Consent: Where required by law (for example, in the EEA, UK, and certain other regions), AiCreator asks for your consent before showing personalised ads, using Google's User Messaging Platform.

AiCreator does NOT integrate any of the following:

- Analytics SDKs (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)

- Social media login SDKs (Facebook Login, Google Sign-In, etc.)

- Any advertising network other than Google AdMob

- Any AI image or text provider other than Cloudflare and Groq as described above

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Data we handle directly (your content history, saved items, image-generation counter, and preferences) is stored exclusively on your device using Android's SharedPreferences local storage.

- Your history, saved content, and any generated images you choose to keep exist only on your phone. We have no server-side copy of any of it.

- If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.

- If you clear the app's data in Android settings, all history and saved content is deleted.

- All network requests use HTTPS (TLS encryption). Data in transit is always encrypted.

- We maintain a Network Security Configuration that disables all cleartext (HTTP) traffic.

Because we store no personal data on any server ourselves, there is no central AiCreator database that could be breached, no account credentials to steal, and no user records to expose. Data collected by Google AdMob or processed by Cloudflare is handled according to their own respective practices, described in the privacy policies linked above.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

Rights Regarding Data We Handle Directly:

Right to Access: All your content history, saved items, and any images you've kept are on your own device. You can view them in the app's History, Saved, and gallery at any time.

Right to Deletion: Go to Android Settings > Apps > AiCreator > Clear Data. This permanently removes all locally stored content. Images already saved to your photo gallery are managed independently through your device's Photos app.

Right to Portability: Your content is accessible directly in the app. You can copy any generated result, or save/share any generated image, at any time.

Right to Object: You can stop using the app at any time. Uninstalling removes all local data immediately.

Rights Regarding Advertising Data:

- You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time through your device's ad settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).

- If you are located in the EEA, UK, or another region requiring consent, you will be shown a consent prompt where you can manage your ad-related preferences; you may also update this choice later through the app.

- Requests relating to data collected by Google AdMob (such as GDPR or CCPA data requests) can also be made directly to Google via https://myaccount.google.com or https://policies.google.com/privacy.

GDPR / CCPA / UK GDPR: Because our advertising and AI-image partners process certain identifiers or prompt text for delivery and measurement, these regulations may apply to that processing. We rely on consent (where required) and legitimate interest as appropriate legal bases, consistent with our partners' own compliance frameworks. 6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

AiCreator is intended for users aged 13 and older, and is not directed at children under 13.

- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

- Ads shown in AiCreator are configured as non-child-directed. If we become aware that a user is a child, we take steps not to serve personalised ads to that user, consistent with Google AdMob's requirements for apps not primarily directed at children.

- Both AI text and AI image generation are intended for the same 13+ audience and are subject to the content restrictions described in our Terms of Service.

- Since AiCreator requires no account creation and we collect no personal information directly, the risk of inadvertent data collection from minors by AiCreator itself is minimal; residual exposure, if any, relates to standard ad-serving data collected by Google AdMob as described in Section 3.

7. DATA RETENTION

AiCreator retains no personal data on any server of our own. The only data that persists is what you choose to save on your own device.

- Generation history: Stored locally until you clear it or uninstall the app.

- Saved results: Stored locally until manually deleted or app is uninstalled.

- Generated images: Not retained by us at all; exist only if you save them to your device, at your own choice.

- App preferences: Stored locally (tone preferences, platform selections).

API requests sent to Groq are subject to Groq's own data retention policies (https://groq.com/privacy). API requests sent to Cloudflare are subject to Cloudflare's own data retention policies (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/). Data collected by Google AdMob is subject to Google's own data retention policies (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

8. REPORTING INAPPROPRIATE AI-GENERATED CONTENT

AiCreator uses third-party AI models to generate text and images. While these models include their own safety filtering, AI-generated content can occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive.

If you encounter AI-generated content (text or image) that you believe is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate, you can report it directly within the app, or by contacting us at devprogrammer97@gmail.com with a description of the content and the topic/prompt used. We review reports to improve content safety and may restrict access to features for users who repeatedly attempt to generate prohibited content, as described in our Terms of Service.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

- The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.

- For significant changes, we will notify users through an in-app notice or Play Store update notes.

- Continued use of the app after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

We will never introduce practices that collect, sell, or share personal data without a new explicit notice.
